Below is a recent image (February 2017) of my brother’s teeth and gums, I have a concern as to why he has such poorly cared for teeth and white lumps on his gums, his lips also look sore.

As The Priory Group will not allow me to view my brother’s care information which includes his dentist surgery details, and have requested for me not to contact them, I am unable to get the necessary treatment for my brother.

My brother has suffered in the past enduring dental pain which caused him considerable anxiety and distress and which required five fillings, and due to infection three extractions at Herefordshire hospital, I fail to understand why those responsible for the care and support of a vulnerable adult continue to neglect his needs and their obligations.
